2. Which information?

The website (www.geotracer.be) may use cookies: we collect the name, e-mail ad dress, telephone number, information about the device and browser, as well as the IP address of our users.

The data of visitors to our website are linked to Google Analytics, and can be used for commercial or other purposes, such as analysing browsing behaviour, geographical region, ...

We only use the information obtained through the contact form on our website when this is necessary to inform you about our services and to answer your question to the best of our ability.

From the information you share with us when subscribing to our newsletter we only use your name and e-mail address for the purposes described.

The data collected and stored when you become a GeoTracer customer is all the data needed to perform our core business to the best of our ability and to provide you with accurate information. This data contains both full contact details and billing details. This is the only way we can guarantee the proper functioning of our services.

3. What do we do with that information?

Requesting assistance by e-mail or telephone automatically authorises us to consult your data so that we can help you as best we can with your question or problem.

All steps have been taken to ensure the security of personal data when sensitive information about our customers needs to be stored.

GeoTracer is a supporter of Data Protection: your personal data will never be sold, rented or distributed to third parties for commercial purposes.

Our application is constantly expanded in function of the security of your data. We will also make every endeavour at all times to prevent a data leak. When hackers do enter our systems, they will never find readable data.

We will store your data for the duration of your contract with GeoTracer. After termination of the contract, your data will be archived on our servers. This information will be destroyed maximum 3 years after the termination.

4. Your rights - our obligations

If GeoTracer manages and processes information from you, you have some rights:

» Right to be informed
» Right to be deleted
» Right to transferability of data (to anther controller)
» Right to correct

If you want to make use of any of the above, please send an e-mail to privacy@geotracer.be. We reserve the right and it is our duty to inform you within 14 days. However, it is important to know that we cannot guarantee the proper functioning of our services if you want to delete or restrict the access to certain personal information.
