Easy Checkinatwork registration for construction

About Checkinatwork
Checkin@work is an online service provided by the Belgian government that allows the registration of the presence of workers on construction sites. This registration is mandatory for all buildings with a value of more than €500,000. The service aims to protect workers' rights at the place of work and prevent social dumping and fraud.
Through Checkinatwork, construction companies and contractors register the presence of their employees, subcontractors and independent subcontractors. Employees and independent subcontractors can also register in the system themselves. This must be done daily before the works start.

How does the GeoTracer solution work?
Each employee has their own badge, which is linked to their identity. This badge is also used fortime recording and mobility calculations as well as for driver identification. In addition to the name, the registration system is also linked to the national register number or Limosa number and the company number with which the employee works.
The "Check in @ work" zones are created in the web application and are linked to your geofences around the work sites (virtual demarcation of a zone) with a CIAW number.
When employees leave for the construction site at home or at the construction company, they are automatically registered for mobility calculation and time registration after registration. When employees arrive at the work site and the vehicle enters the geolocation zone, all employees who have registered in the vehicle are registered with the "Checkin at work" portal. In the application you always have an overview of the registered employees and you can easily generate a report of all registrations. If an employee forgets their badge, you always have the option to manually check in the employee via the application.
